1: Tax invoice number, bill issue date, and Flo account number.
2: Business details and billing address.
3: Supply address and National Metering Identifier (NMI).
4: Itemised summary of charges.
5: Total payable amount due, due date, and overdue charges (if any).
6. Contact information for enquiries, faults, and emergencies.
7. Information about how to pay your bill.
Page two
8: Summary of your plan, including Value-Added Products, and your contract end date.
9: Information about balances and/or payments from previous bills, current charges, and your electricity usage.
Page three
10: Information about any adjustments that have been made to your bill.

11: Graph outlining your usage over time, along with your meter reads and greenhouse gas emissions.
